- I am all about food! Cooking is an outlet for me. Some read books, some exercise, I cook! I've used cooking as a means of "unofficial therapy" with people who also needed an outlet when I worked at a crisis stabilization unit and at the juvenile prison where I taught. It's used in ministries to bring people together and every family gathering utilizes food on some way!
